Option 82 in DHCP Snooping IPTV

I have a problem with option 82 in DHCP Snooping for IPTV (JAMBOX)
Even though a given port has the TRUST option selected, the IPTV decoder does not receive an address and there is no connection. Other devices work with the DHCP Snooping 82 option without any problems.
Do you have any idea how to solve this?

Without a diagram showing what is connected to what and which ports are marked as “trusted,” I don’t think anyone can successfully answer short of lucky guessing.

Also, I don’t see how option 82 plays into any of this. From what you’ve said, it’s a side issue, unrelated to your actual issue, which is the proper use of the “trusted” setting.
