Option iCON 431
I have attached my modem to RB but i can’t see USB port under port menu.

Install MikroTik RouterOS 4.3 version, contact support (support@mikrotik.com) with attached support-output file.

can you provide me link to instruction how to make support-output file ?

then download the file from the router file list with FTP or Winbox.
