have a little question about my network…
It counts 10 Rb532A routed with OSPF, have a LinkSYS DSL router as a gateway to Internet and I’m masquerading all outgoing traffic.
Each MT has a AP with PPPoE server, each client connects with a private address.
Now they have given me fiber internet access by a Cisco router and a /26 network and I’d like to give a public address to each of my customers.
They told me the default gateway is .254, I added a public address in th latest MT before Cisco, added the default gateway and access the Internet… i can do it only with an address from the same subnet of default gateway (.253/30 as well as .193/26)… is it right?
If so, how can I give a PA to my customers?
if I subnet, no response from the gateway…
if I tunnell (EoIP) and Bridge an AP with ether1 of border router (MT), only 1 bridge is possible for ethernet port (it is working for 1 AP only, I have 10!)
