OSPF Connected routes in NSSA Area doesn't propagate after PPPoE Interface flapping

Hello All,

we have 3 routers, BRAS1, BRAS2 and Core Router; two BRAS and Core are connected in a OSPF NSSA area; /32 routes connected at BRASes are advertised to CORE without problems. When a client with a static route connect to one of BRAS with “framed-routes” radius attribute, the static is announced to CORE:

when the client’s PPPoE interface flaps, the static route isn’t written in FIB, and the route cost (in OSPF/Route) is setted from OSPF to “infinity”

Please can you clarify us if that is a bug or our mistake ?
Thank you in advance.
