OSPF error on Gateway Format

Dear, good morning!
I had OSPF implemented in version 6.49.2 working perfect.
When updating to version 7.1, an error began to appear in the gateway format, it consists of IP_address% interface, but the router does not recognize that destination, I leave a screenshot for you to see.
At the moment I have version 7.1.1 and it continues with the same error.

Any suggestion?

The format is correct and recognized, check /routing/route menu to see why routes are inactive, my bet is on routes being filtered with filters.
