Routing filter ospf_out is not working for me. In ROS 4.5 are advertised prefixes, which should be filtered out by ospf_out filter. Ospf_in filter is working, but ospf_out not.
Do you have the same experience?

Post your filter rules which are not working.
It works for me either. I tried to filter network, which is connected and advertised throught network statement.
