Ospf restart

Hi

I changed Ospf cost of one line to change
routing. But this is only working after a reboot :frowning:
(you need a cisco to verfy this as you cant see
the summed up costs in ros)

Any other method to restart ospf fast?

Using: 2.9 46 routing-test

I think MT is not looking for hidden messages, it is making ROS better =)

try in script disabling and then enabling of OSPF networks - it seems like it restarts OSPF

I notice you are using the routing-test package for OSPF.

I have been using the routing package (not test) in same version for OSPF.

I have not been doing this long, I’m sure you probably have more experience with ROS and OSPF. Is there a reason I should switch to routing-test or a reason I should leave it alone.

I don’t want to fix it if it isn’t broken, but if I can avoid it being broken by using routing-test then thats good :slight_smile:

routing-test is newer. test does not mean its buggier.
But if routing works for you …
