Hello Community,
i have replaced a RB600 Router (ROSv3.30) with another RB600 (ROSv4.4)
I updated the new RB600 to 3.30, loaded an backup from the old one and then updated to 4.4
First error was, that the names of Ethernet Interfaces changed. ether1->ether2, ether2->ether3, ether3->ether1 or ether4 (tried 3 RB600).
So i had to edit the configuration because VLANS, IPs, OSPF Interfaces etc did not change. Because of that for example an IP was on ether2 but should be on ether1.
After i changed the config, i chande the two router, but the Router lost some routes. Normally the router should have ~900-1000 routes, but ~30 sec after OSPF established, the router lost ~20% routes. In /ospf routes they are present but without Gateway and cost. His 3 neighbors with ROSv3.30 have these routes and no problems.
I will try to rebuild these Problems in “lab”,but maybe someone has an idea.
I hope its clear what i tried to explain.
Greetings
Manuel
