OSPF wrong peer state

Hi,

I got OSPF error in log:

12:03:50 route,ospf,info Ignoring Link State Acknowledgment packet: wrong peer state 
12:03:50 route,ospf,info     state=2-Way

How can I detect which peer caused this error? (I have more than 100 device on this network segment)

Setup a packet capture if the message is occurring frequently.

Things to check:

Duplicated router ids
Areas and types
Network Type
