is there a software or anything as mikrotik that u can make a pppoe-server ?

Mikrotik RouterOS has the ability to act as a pppoe-server. A example of how to setup it as one can be found at http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/interface/pppoe.php

RPPPPOE can act as PPPoE server http://www.roaringpenguin.com/en/penguin/openSourceProducts/rpPppoe
but mikrotik makes it easer and more flexible with QoS and others.
