Out going UDP from router?!?!

I have about 15 or so routers around my network. All work great don’t really have any issues.

I now have one at a customers location. It is acting as a PPPoE client and simple dhcp server. Nothing special. Just the other day it has started to spew out all sorts of UDP traffic. I have to block all outgoing UDP traffic to get it to let me function.

If I turn off all wired ports except the port connected to the internet pppoe location it still outputs traffic, so its not coming from any computer on my customers network. I do not see the same incoming as out going. I might have 50k in and 2.1 mbps out. It appears as the router is generating the traffic.

Any ideas where this could be coming from. I have upgraded the router to latest firmware and might have to factory default the router. But I want to find the root cause but not sure how to track it down beyond what I have done.
