This rb411 have all led lit up but nothing happens. No beep, no flashing, no terminal action.
Tried hard reset (screwdriver) and reset. Nothing.
Is this board repairable? If so, how? Cost? Anybody that can do this?

Yes u can fix it! look att the capacitors! if their heds have a bulb on it then remove it ant solder a new one in.
