I see outages when use the Dude Application but not when I log into the web application. So records outages just not when you click on outages button of the website. Is there something I’m missing or don’t have set correctly? Even when I select resolved from the scroll list I do not see any past outages.
I apologize if this has already answered, but I search and couldn’t find anything online or in the manual.
