do you have a solution for the RB7xx or 4xx outdoor using optical fiber, with a media converter on the outdoor enclosure?
indoor router<—rj45 -->mediaconveter<----fiber -----> (mediconveter<—rj45—> RB7xx or 4xx) outdoor
I see that most of the media converter is working at 5V or 9V DC. So I need some kind of DC-DC converter on the outdoor enclosure, to get the power from the PoE cable at 12 or 24V and convert to 5 or 9V.
What do you use?
