Outgoing "Winbox" TCP/IP-Request

I exposed a Mikrotik wAP ac LTE kit to the Internet for Tests and learning purposes.
During Firewall experiments, i stumbled upon Outgoing 8291 TCP-Packets (ConnectionState =NEW) which i can’t explain.

For example:
output:in(unknow 0) out:lte1, proto TCP (ACK) X.X.X.X:8291-> 180.243.29.203:50623, len40
output:in(unknow 0) out:lte1, proto TCP (ACK) X.X.X.X:8291-> 123.24.164.253:55446, len52
output:in(unknow 0) out:lte1, proto TCP (ACK) X.X.X.X:8291-> 171.239.251.237:62636, len52
** X.X.X.X was my IP-Address at the Time.**

Can someone be kind enough and Explain the Problem to me?

Those are most likely scanners looking for open Mikrotiks.

Those can also be good people who check your config and if they get in disable your faulty config and log a warning for you and then close the open door on the way out.

Better is to not expose the router controls or services and this you can already catch in RAW incoming from WAN.
