Ovpn doesn' t work

hi guis, i’d like to config a vpn server on a mikrotik.

I followed this tutorial but it doesn’t work

If i connect to the vpn by lan (192.168.88.0) it’s work, if i connect using WAN (192.168.99.0) doesn’t work.
