Hi,
I am a WISP, with RouterOS 2.9.51 for a 200 pppoe clients and 300 fixed ip clients,
some clients have MS Outlook Web Access, all of this can’t send email when connected thru pppoe,
but works fine when I change to fixed ip address. In fact we want to change all our clients to pppoe but
we can’t for these problem.
Consider that when I upgrade to 3.2x, major of our pppoe clients can’t connect, yours connections remains active
for a few seconds and then loose internet.
Greetings.

Hi Sergio,
I think your problem is related with MTU size. If you search at google you will see some
users getting problems with DSL PPPoE connections and in major cases the problem was
MTU size, see this post:

THANKS!!!
Jorge, your info was really usefull,
now every works fine.
Greetings.
I have the same issue on my MT RB1100 can you tell me the cure please
Was this the MTU on the DSL pppoe or the MTU for the Internal PPPOE clients on your network.
If i give the client a public static IP with the public gatewat the OWA works fine but if they are NATed or on PPPOE then OWA fails.
