Hi,

How to queue p2p traffic and limit p2p connections at the same time? When mangling p2p traffic “connection limit” option is unavailable.

you have to make a firewall rule where you specify the marked flow, and set a connection limit.

Thanks, one more question , I have a masqueraded network so is it better to specify marked connection or marked flow ?

if you want to mark each IP with separete flow then mark connections first and remark them with mark-flow. If you want to mark all masqueraded LAN you can use in-interface parameter and use mark-flow at one go.
