P2P blocking scripts are ok, but not working

Hi,

My final goal is to block P2P traffic only at specific IP address but first I wanted to use general scripts and test it to block torrent in whole network .
So, I have used scripts from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bpr26tK1maA to block torrent. (and yes I pasted MY network range)
Script went well (Layer7 was added, filter rules were added), I have installed utorrent on my android phone to test it.
But torrent is still working.
I do not know if it is a problem with torrenting on phone or sth else?

Hardware: hAP ac2; firmware: 6.45.2

My filer rules looks like in the attachment.
Now it blocks torrent traffic at one special IP, but also blocks Discord servers and CS (Counterstike) servers.
My intention is to block only torrent traffic at this specific IP (PENGGUNA TORRENT is linked to address lists which is only one IP), not the rest.
How to solve it?

EDIT: Anyone knows the answer? Firewall blocks torrent but also whole p2p traffic in games - LoL, CS, Discord etc.
