I would like test a p2p link between two mikrotik stx lite 5 putting both device in the same room at few meters distance each others.
How can I do it? I should lower tx power?
You need to lower the tx power at minimum definitely.

Try actually reading the documentation instead of asking the forum simple questions. You might learn something that way.
I don’t have any MikroTik WiFi so I don’t know the settings off the top of my head. I looked it up on the Wiki. It took me less than 30 seconds to find the answer. Why don’t you try that sometime… Like I said, you might learn something about the equipment you own or maintain.
Use regulatory domain mode and set the antenna gain value high enough. Like 30db or so. Laborate with the number to get ideal results on both sides.
