How to block p2p traffic.

Ether 1 - 200 User
Ether 2 - 200 User.

The Internal LAN Traffic cause my Internet SPEED.

you can drop all p2p traffic in firewall filters
or limit p2p traffic using queues

I think the best is to limit p2p despite to drop it, the clients will no be angry, and in the other hand you will save bandwidth.
