Hi Everyone, New User and Mikrotiker, please be gentle. :smiley: Trying to find user manager package. Using winbox, all docs point to m/t download page then select user manager package, however, m/t d/l page has only .npk file which after sucessfully uploading v5.15 doesnt have uman included in the 18meg d/l. how do I currently find the user manager package for my shiny new rb1100ah?

download the file “all packages.zip”, user manager package is inside this archive.

Thank you very much for such a prompt reply, d/l in progress, cliffs notes on getting .zip onto router? ftp i guess?

FTP or drag/drop to Winbox. But don’t upload the ZIP! Extract only the user manager package.
