Packet loss for multiple MTR trough Mikrotik Gateway

To all,

I have strange situation with mikrotik as gateway. This is my ilustration

[client PC] <----> [Mikrotik Gateway] <----> [Linux]

  1. Client PC
  • ip 172.17.17.8 netmassk 255.255.255.240
  • gateway 172.17.17.1
  1. Mikrotik gateway
  • ip ether1 172.31.31.1 netmask 255.255.255.252
  • ip ether2 172.17.17.1 netmask 255.255.255.240
  1. Linux
  • ip 172.31.31.2 netmask 255.255.255.252
  • gateway 172.31.31.1

With this illustration, i’ve make multiple MTR (Matt’s TraceRoute) to each other from both side.

I have paket loss if more than 2 MTR open in same time trough mikrotik gateway, but no loss if just only 1 MTR open.

note : My mikrotik gateway just only act gateway router, no firewall and no shape queue.

Anybody know about this limitation?
