Packet loss in CRS125-24G-1S

Hello All,

Recently i buy CRS125-24G-1S Switch cum router for our network . currently i am using this device a router to terminate ISP link in port 1 and out from port 2 and simple default routing goes toward ISP. we are getting packet loss since router put into the network while when i directly connect my laptop to ISP backbone getting 0% packet loss. I have made all possible changes in device i.e. duplex change. but issue remain same.

can anyone help me on above issue also let me know how i can use this product as a router.

Regards,
Mak

Does the packet loss only occur when bandwidth is high? Or even if only traffic is the ICMP traffic?

Does packet loss occur to next hop in your ISP network? Or only once it gets outside of your ISP network?

Can you post output of /export compact (removing any sensitive data)

what is CPU usage like when doing the testing?

We have 2011iLS: BGP with 300 mb/s 25 kpps routing (1 net in advertisements, and default received ) traffic from sfp to ether ports, CPU load 50%-60%. No packet loss. but we need more ether ports.
When we replace 2011iLS by CRS125-24G-1S with same settings we have packet loss 5 - 10 % and traffic down ~10%. With no error on all interfaces. CPU load same 50%-60%.
We were forced to connect CRS125-24G-1S(as simple switch) to 2011iLS and all OK. We want to use one device instead of two.
In test on routerboard.com 2011iLS and CRS125-24G-1S have same results in all.
Sorry for my english.
