Packet loss on medium traffic load ethernet interface

Hi all,
i’ve two router, one RB1000 and one pyramid server, connected via gigabit ethernet. Traffic was about 40Mbps in one side and 26Mbps in the other side, about 5000-6000pps. On the link we have some packet loss, some time up to 1%.
Change router, cable, ethernet card without success. Mikrotik support wrote to try to increase the queue size, but no change.
Any idea to solve the problem ?

Sorry :slight_smile: pyramid is only the brand, it’s a X86 server based on intel cpu. The loss is…packet loss on the ethernet link.
