I have a CCR2004-1G-12S + 2XS With RouterOs 7.15.12. The S-RJ01 (vendor revision 2.0) is connected on the sfp-plus10 port and copper to a Cisco Meraki switch.
Randomly detect packet loss making ICMP requests both from cisco meraki to the CCR and from the CCR to the Cisco switch.
After countless tests I discovered that disabling the sfp-plus10 port from winbox for 10 seconds and re-enabling it, the problem disappears for a few hours.
I have already tried replacing the S-RJ01 device with another identical device, and I also tried using a different sfp-plus port, but I didn’t notice any improvements.
What other checks could I carry out?
