packet rate limit question

Hello to everybody, I’m have a question about packet rate limiting - it is possible to limit packet rate to 20 udp packets per second for specific ip, but not accept packet at this time - let is pass through other firewall filter rules - if we need limit packet rate AND after that allow/deny access to some ports?

I am not sure but I can tell you ,..

you can block infected users or spammers for any port you want by adding a rule that send its ip address to address-list then make a new rule that gets all ips from address-list and block them .

or if someone has a huge traffic on any port then you can drop it .

to customize your firewall or ro make sure you are protecting your customers completely , you can allow your using port then drop everything unwanted .
