Hello so i have some problem with LIVE CCTV
in my office some people need to watch cctv cameras in live so
we have 2 offices 1 in witch are people who need to watch cctv live
and 2 office this one is watching people from office 1 too
so i have problem with traffic when all of them are watching my bandwidth is full and internet is working very slow
i have 2 isp in office 1 and 1 isp in office 2
i need that from office 1 only cctv packets (witch are from office 2) go throw isp 2 and if bandwidth will get full it can get some from isp 1
but other backets exp rdp or other go throw isp1 to isp 2
and same time in office one i need that isp2 was backup of isp1, all other users and packets must go throw isp1
i have 50 mb on isp 1, and 10 mb on isp 2

if someone can help i`l be glad
P.S i have mikrotik rb2011UiAS on latest updates in office 1
Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD on latest updates in office 2
and i`ll need to connect this 2 routers with VPN like IPSec over GRE
