Packet TTL

Dear all

i have small issue here regarding TTL … in my network i change the customer ip address’s to TTL=1 so that the packet travel to the customer pc only so they can’t share the connection with other people ,also i am restricting the hotspot to allow 1 MAC address per login .

now the issue is that there is couple routers in the market like ( TP Link ) ( Linksys ) that intend to increase the TTL back to higher number and NAT another range of ip’s to the ip that my Hotspot router is assigning . by plunging the cable from my switch to the WAN port of the User Router .

is there anyway to avoid this :

thanks
Natheer

In the same way, XX-router has no control over MikroTik router that changes TTL, MikroTik router does not have any control to set not-changeable TTL value.
