hi, i have a problem with switch CRS328-24p.4s + RM
When measured by a certified tester, it shows a loss of 0.3%.
It does not matter whether RoS or SWoS is booted.
in ROS tested HW offload - nothing change.
port 1 - loopback (EXFO BV10), port 22 - EXFO FTB-1 are now connected.
Packetloss does not respond to flow size (50, 100, 750Mbit), does not respond to packet size (64,128,512,1024,1518,1548).
in SWoS - reset to default, rstp off, flowcontrol off.
The block diagram shows 4 switches - 1 for SFP and 3 * 1-8, 9-16, 17-24.
In block 17-24, the packetloss is the smallest - 0.1%. When passing between blocks 1-> 24, the packetloss is 0.3%.
PDF is a report from EXFO.
On ccr1036 - without packetloss (exclusion of EXFO, cables).
Some idea? RMA?
