I have a client with security cameras; he wants to access them from outside the network. How would this be done with a domain name as the access (example: johndoe.com). His router is set to get and or take which ever ip address is assigned from my 1100ag at the head-end. Operating in hotspot with dhcp. It seems to me I should be able to use just the domain name (example: johndoe.com) instead of an actual ip address. I am not sure where or how to do this so all the help I may receive is most grateful. Thank you for your help in advance.
