Pass through IP address to wireless router

Hello,

I recently had a new internet service installed that uses a Mikrotik LTE antenna/router combination. I moved from a different wireless internet service that was similar. The previous service was able to check a box in the setup somewhere that allowed the antenna to be just that and allow the WAN IP to be assigned to my ASUS RT-AC68U router. This allowed me to forward ports to enable remote access to my camera system. I am using a desktop running Blue Iris software.

During install I asked about allowing my router to be assigned the WAN IP but as I was able to access my camera system. Now I am unable to access my system remotely. I have admin access to the Mikrotek antenna/router on the roof but have absolutely no idea what to do with it. It seems to be way more complex than I’m used to. Is there an easy way to turn the Mikrotik router into an AP/Bridge(if that’s the right terminology) so my Asus router will be issued the WAN IP address?

I’ve attached a crude drawing of my current setup.

Another option may be to turn off NAT on your Asus router, and leave that to the Mikrotik. Then do your port forwarding on the Mikrotik, and also add a route to your internal network so it knows how to reach it.
If you configure pass through on the Mikrotik then without some further configuration and/or cabling you lose admin access to it.
