Passing Public IP

We are running quite a big wireless network, with all our public ip’s landing on one routerboard.

Clients requiring public ip’s then dial PPTP tunnels to that routerboard to get the traffic for their public ip delivered to their routerboard.

One of our clients need to have the Public IP terminate on their fortigate firewall.

I already have the ip terminating on a routerboard connected directly to their firewall

How do i pass all traffic to the firewall so that it looks to them like the ip is on their fw?

You can do that with Destination nat
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Firewall/NAT#Destination_NAT

will that give the same result as if the ip was registered on the firewall itself?

setup pppoe server on each pop which hands out public IPs.
use ospf to route the public IPs over your private ip routes.
At your gateway nat everything that is not a public IP.
