Passing VLANs on a CRS with 802.3ad LACP

Howdy all,

I am relatively new to using MikroTik equipment and I am having some troubles. If this is the wrong category, please feel free to let me know. I will put in a crude networking diagram, but basically, I have a QNAP SAN that tags traffic for VLAN 55 coming in ether 21- 23 (3 interfaces). On the other end I have a Citrix XenServer with 2 interfaces for storage plugged into ether 4-5. These two interface use LACP (802.3ad) for bonding. (the QNAP does not have bonding). In essence, I am simply trying to pass VLAN 55 through the MikroTik to the XenServer in order to isolate my storage / iscsi traffic from the various other Virtual Machine and Management traffic on the switch, but I cannot seem to get it to work with any combination of guides I have followed, including the ones on the MikroTik CRS Manual page. Your assistance would be much appreciated. Here is a crude diagram:
