Hi there, please bear me because I am a complete ignorant about the Internet and networks! I bought RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT last December for my own use and also for the external internet network called Magnolia.( Serving another 8 houses) power and signal supply via cables and 2 aerial I had a lots of problems, but basically they are 2 major: 1. Network Magnolia is cutting it off occasionally and the signal is weak. 2. After the internet provider people changed the password for Magnolia and everybody put it into their phones was fine for while and 2 days later the password was not accepted. Again technicians adjusted and set something and seems to work on their phones…the next day situation is the same and the problem with the password appear the same. The router Mikrotik is in my house, the so call professionals claim that they never had this problem with this fantastic router, so nobody know how to fix it. Anybody wit any idea will be strongly appreciated
