I’m taking over support for an office, and they have an RB951i-2HnD. The previous support person/company is not available. Is there any way to reset the password without losing it’s configuration?
I can connect via telnet and winbox, but unable to actually log into the device because of invalid credentials.
Or if your RouterOS is between 6.29 and 6.43rc3, and you’d able to find a tool making use of this. I didn’t find it yet myself, but I didn’t look very hard. But it’s out there somewhere.
