Password router not correct HEX S

Hello,

Everyone i got a new Mikrotik HEX S Router this week. I tryed to connect to it using admin as user and the password provided on a sticker on the back. But it says it is not correct. What can i do now ? I provided the sticker also

I make of it SI5SJA3Z0K
I take the O is number Zero but also tryed capital O both failed. What can i do now ? Also tryed factory reset 30-30-30 but still the same.
Also contacted support but i got an email to first try it on the forums.

Thank you

And you also tried admin/< blank> ?

Best option then would be netinstall since it might be possible someone already changed that password.

Really ? That’s not how it should be …

The only way for that to be true is if they’re using two different fonts. Note the slashed zero in the MAC addresses. If we assume MikroTik is sane, the sticker uses the same font throughout, making this a capital “O”.

I’ve seen it already differently.

Slashed 0 in MAC yet zero in password.
2 different fonts !!

Yup, no slashes in password font and smaller than MAC, just wonderful.

But the only clue is the 0 “zero” are just narrower than letter O.

Here was my experience on ax3

Thanks for thinking but i already tryed the Capital O (als non capital o) as wel as number zero. Both not working. What can i do now ?

Only other guess is that it actually nothing (e.g. admin / no password). Or, perhaps…
