Paypal paymernt received, user created, profile not applied.no login to hotspot.

Hey guys n gals.

I have setup user manager on a test unit. User signup with paypal works, user gets created under a customer ive created, paypal accepts money, but no profile gets applied and i cannot log into the hotspot with the user it created. I tried manually adding a profile and activating it for the user. It still refuses login citing that the user was not found in radius.

If i create the user in user manager under the same customer, It works just fine.

My assumption is that user-manager is not writing the user to the radius server. however, if i attempt to buy again using the same username, it fails giving the error of that user already existing.

I am willing to pay anyone who has expertise in this area for a hand.

I think part of the problem is that it’s creating users under the root user “admin” i cant find any setting that modify’s this behavior

Got this working, it does need an SSL cert to function.

Sorry to resurrect this, but could you please outline general steps to get this working? I am trying a similar setup with paypal sandbox before going live, but once i hit “Sign up” from the user signup page, instead of redirecting me to paypal’s checkout page, I go to account overview page from paypal. Thanks!!
