I am intending to install ROS in old pc. How many users can it handle or how much bandwidth?

Motherboard: Intel 845HV
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2GHz
RAM: 512 MB SD
HDD: MDT 80 GB PATA


I am willing to run PPPoE and Hotspot with mikrotik Web proxy, userman and around 20 filter rules, 30 nat rules, 20 mangle rules, dual WAN
