PCC load balance unable to remote connect to gateway

I am trying to do the load balance outlined in the following
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:PCC
Everything seems to work, but I am unable to ping or connect to my mikrotik router remotley.

Any thoughts?

I finally got it to work. I have attahced a word doc on what i had to do in order to get all the functioanlty I wanted.
