PCC loadbalance with IPSEC VPN (Juniper)

I cannot connect to IPSEC VPN (Juniper VPN -network connect) with PCC, can I do static route or exception IP before enter PCC loadbalance, or any idea?

please suggest me, PCC are good configuration when not use IPSEC VPN.
