PCI Express 4 Port NIC

We are wanting to run a HP Proliant DL145G3 server as a core router for bandwidth shaping and lots of other stuff running ROS3.x but it only has PCI-Express slots and no PCI slots. We were wanting to use the Mikrotik 4 Port Gigabit controller but it is PCI, does anybody know of an alternative ?
