PCQ and Bursting

Hello

Has anyone or is it possible to use PCQ with bursting?

I have PCQ working perfectly but ideally would like it if my network was really congested people could at least surf OK even if they could not download fast for more than 10 seconds or so.

there is no burst using PCQ for individual user.

“the burst effect” comes into play when there are not maximum count of users online, so you get more traffic (to limited value if set)
