I’m testing RouteOS (x86) for replace my NAS based on Linux.
On ROS i was create different PCQ queues for traffic shaping and it works correctly,
but ping time very slow 
For example: 26-40 ms vs 2-6 ms on Linux Box.
It is normal for PCQ?
No, that’s not normal. Is this the same hardware you were using to achieve the <10ms times? If not can you test them side by side? How are your system resources? If you disable the queue and ping through the device directly do you still see the latency?

no, it’s not. if your channel is empty, ping should not change
