I am trying to implement pcq. I have dynamic simple queues(each of 512K) from (Radius+PPPoE Server). I want to bypass traffic to some destination for some users. I have created mangle and pcq. My objective is to allocated 1M b/w to each user listed for bypass traffic. Pcq equally distributes the Rate bandwidth to its user. But I want each user inside pcq of 1M not sharing to others. Is this possible?
