Pls, Kindly put me through on how to set PCQ for my hotspot user with this Bandwidth: Rx:384kbps/Tx:128kbps close to 50 users I have gone through Mkwiki PCQ but i couldnt get how to do this particular one.Thanks.

One thing I found misleading is explanation on how PCQ works. Pages 16 and 17 are only true if all clients are trying to reach their maximum throughput.
