Hi can someone help me with PCQ. I set PCQ parameters with rate=0, the way i understand is this will automatically divide the bandwidth equally among its substreams. if for example i have max rate 100kbps, and i have 4 substreams (based on classifiers) then it follows each substream gets 25kbps. is this bandwidth allocation fixed or is there wiggle room? what if on average the 3 substreams barely use the full 25kbps (like only 10kbs) while 1 substream needs more, will the rates adjust accordingly and transfer the unused bandwidth to the needier substream or will it always follow the allocated limit of 25kbps thereby causing packets to be dropped on that particular substream.
