PCQ only for select ip

I have webserver´s in dmz with ip´s 10.10.10.0/24 and use NAT. I use simple queue for all my clients but i want to limit two ip of one client with other configuration. I think i need to use PCQ. But i don´t know how to use PCQ to limit at 256 the traffic in 10.10.10.64 and 10.10.10.65

Any sugesstions be apreciated.

Set mangle rules to mark traffic for these two addresses, and configure pcq queue, probably this example could help you:
