I have looked in the archives and manuals and I am still a bit unclear as to how PCQ works.
PCQ = per connection queuing

Ok, knowing that, I will give an example.

I have 5 users that I am queuing with PCQ on MT vs 2.8.18

User 1, User 2, User 3, User 4, User 5

If I set the PCQ download rate at 50,000 bps, and that PCQ included all 5 users, does this mean that if all 5 users downloaded at the same time, they each get 50,000 bps, or do they have to share that 50,000 bps.

If the PCQ rate is set to 50,000 and the Queue is set to 5 x 50,000(250,000) then each of your 5 customers will get 50,000.
If you set the PCQ to 0 and the Queue to 50,000 then your 5 customers will share the 50,000.
