hi,
I have a wimax modem which is connected to a rb750 ether1 with network address of 192.168.1.0/24 ,and then ether2 of rb750 is connected to clients with help of a switch and it’s network address is 192.168.88.0/24. The maximum amount of my wimax modem is 250KBps and its upload is 30KBps. I wanted to distribute internet equally and dynamically between whoever connected to my network. In hope of doing this I’ve setup pcq with simple queue.
The problem is , it seems that it doesn’t work as I hoped it would. for example if 1 user is connected and starts to download, that user should reach 250KBps, and if suddendly 3 other users start to download something, each of these users should reach 250KBps/4= 62.5KBps (or some speed near these values).
I would appreciate it if someone can point out any mistakes, here is my exported commands:
